HACCP is a form of risk assessments, however they go much further and are to
do with food production, how it is stored, where it is supplied from (raw
ingredients, finished product) it is all about traceability and they are
designed to suit your company.
This starts with a survey and collation of information.
Then it is presented in a manner to suit your business and importantly in a manner that your employees and customers understand.
I will if required carryout a training session to train your employees in how to understand the application. It is no good just stuck in a folder or draw, it should be a working document.
Some statements can be generic in nature and others must be bespoke for the job in hand, I can provide both.
